EOWRAP vinyl wraps are made for easy, smooth installation and long-term durability. The film is highly conformable and stretchable, allowing fast wrapping over curves, edges, and recessed areas for a clean, seamless finish.

Install tips

Vinyl Wrap

  • Temperature: Ideal install 15–25°C; workable 10–30°C. Post-heat edges/curves to 90–100°C.
  • Tools: Soft-edge squeegee, heat gun, wrap gloves, knife, IPA/alcohol cleaner.
  • Surface Prep: Clean, dry, no wax/oil/dust. Fresh paint should cure 2–3 weeks first.
  • Conformability: Best on smooth & medium curves; heat and stretch evenly, avoid over-stretch.
  • Directional: Yes — keep film direction consistent for color/finish match.
  • Overlap Width: 3–5 mm; seal edges firmly to prevent lifting.
