Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on eowrap.com. EOWRAP is operated by SINGMU LLC, doing business as EOWRAP.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your product selection, size, color, quantity, contact details, and shipping address carefully.
If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately at service@eowrap.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Address Requirements
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address. If a package is delayed, returned, refused, lost, or charged additional fees because of incorrect or incomplete customer information, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs.
Handling Time
Handling time begins after payment is successfully received and order details are confirmed.
- In-stock products: 1 to 3 business days.
- Manufactured products: 3 to 5 business days.
- Custom orders: 14 to 21 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers selected based on destination, package size, service availability, and product type. Oversized items may ship by freight carrier.
Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard express delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather, peak seasons, holidays, remote-area routing, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it applies only to eligible products, destinations, and shipping methods shown on the website or at checkout. Remote areas, oversized freight, special handling, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and address correction fees may still require additional charges.
Any shipping amount shown in Google Merchant Center, product listings, checkout, or the website should match the actual fee charged to the customer.
Region-Specific Shipping Notes
European Union and European Economic Area Customers
For EU/EEA customers, product prices, shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any other mandatory charges will be shown at checkout where they are collected by EOWRAP. If import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier, customs authority, or local authority upon import and are the customer's responsibility unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If an EU/EEA order cannot be delivered within the stated estimate, please contact us at service@eowrap.com. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or Member State law are not limited by this Shipping Policy.
United Kingdom Customers
For UK customers, import VAT, duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees may apply unless they are clearly collected at checkout. Any mandatory UK consumer delivery rights remain unaffected.
United States Customers
For US customers, shipping restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, remote areas, and PO Box addresses. Any additional charges or restrictions will be shown where available at checkout or communicated by customer support.
Other Regions
For customers in other regions, shipping availability, delivery time, import duties, taxes, and carrier restrictions may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for checking local import rules before placing an order.
Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available, with the following exclusions unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Additional remote-area restrictions may apply based on carrier rules.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. EOWRAP does not control customs decisions, inspection times, or import charges.
Customers are responsible for providing any documentation or information required for customs clearance. If a customer refuses to pay duties or taxes, fails to cooperate with customs, refuses delivery, or abandons a shipment, no refund will be issued and the customer will be responsible for return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, holidays, address problems, or events outside our control.
Delays caused by carriers or customs are not considered shipping failures and do not qualify for cancellation or refund once the order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days after delivery at service@eowrap.com and include photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
A package is considered lost only after the carrier officially confirms loss. Packages that are still in transit, delayed, or held by customs are not considered lost.
If a package is confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution based on the circumstances.
