All in-stock products are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may take 3–21 business days depending on the product type.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external factors.

Customs Delays & Responsibility
Customs inspections and clearance delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
Delays caused by customs are not considered shipping failures and do not qualify for refunds.
The customer is responsible for providing any required documents or information to customs authorities.
If the customer fails to cooperate with customs, refuses to pay duties/taxes, or abandons the shipment, no refund will be issued.

Lost Packages
A package is considered lost only if officially confirmed by the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer reasons (including customs duties or incorrect address), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
