Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on eowrap.com. EOWRAP is operated by SINGMU LLC, doing business as EOWRAP.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items may still be returned under the return rules below.
Return Window
For most non-EU and non-UK orders, we accept return requests within 7 calendar days after delivery.
To start a return, contact us first at service@eowrap.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Region-Specific Return Rights
European Union and European Economic Area Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
You do not need to give a reason for exercising this statutory withdrawal right. To exercise this right, contact us at service@eowrap.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
For EU/EEA statutory withdrawal returns, no restocking fee will be charged. However, you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will refund eligible payments within 14 calendar days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made, personalized, used, cut, installed, altered, or hygiene/sealed goods that are not eligible for return under applicable law.
United Kingdom Customers
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory cancellation and consumer rights under applicable UK consumer law. These rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by our standard 7-day return window where mandatory law provides longer protection.
United States Customers
For customers located in the United States, the standard 7-day return window applies unless a product page, checkout notice, or applicable state law provides otherwise.
Other Regions
For customers outside the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and United States, the standard 7-day return window applies unless mandatory local consumer law provides a different right.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and uncut.
- The item is in its original packaging and complete condition.
- The item has no creases, scratches, installation marks, adhesive contamination, or customer-caused damage.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- A Return Authorization (RMA) has been approved by EOWRAP.
Used, cut, installed, altered, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.
Non-Quality Returns
For returns due to customer reasons, including change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed, or incorrect quantity ordered:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping fees and any express shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery at service@eowrap.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
- A short description of the problem.
After review, if the issue is confirmed to be caused by EOWRAP or shipping damage, we will offer a replacement, repair solution, store credit, or refund. In approved quality-related cases, EOWRAP will cover reasonable return shipping or replacement shipping costs.
Color Difference Disclaimer
Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, production batches, and the surface where the film is installed. Minor color variation is not considered a product defect.
Return requests based on color difference must be made within 7 days after delivery, and the item must remain unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, cut, installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned without approved RMA authorization.
- Refused deliveries, abandoned packages, or packages returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.
- Orders delayed by carriers, customs, weather, peak season, or events outside our control.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, installation, cleaning, or aftercare.
Return Process
- Contact service@eowrap.com within the return window.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We review return requests within 1 to 3 business days.
- If approved, we provide the return address and RMA instructions.
- Ship the approved item back using a trackable shipping method.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are issued within 1 to 3 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. After we issue the refund, your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at service@eowrap.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected or controlled by EOWRAP unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs delays, carrier delays, unpaid duties, failure to cooperate with customs, or refusal of delivery do not qualify for refund.
