Return Policy
🛒 Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled during this stage, you will receive a full refund.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
🔁 General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt (e.g., color mismatch), please contact our customer service within 7 days to request a return, refund, or replacement.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition, or are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
If your return is approved, the return address will be sent to you by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🎨 Color Difference
We accept returns within 7 days if you are dissatisfied due to color difference. Please contact us at service@eowrap.com to get the return address. Returns will be sent to our warehouse in China. The return shipping cost is generally affordable.
🔧 Defective Items
We offer a 30-day limited warranty for products with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit.
To submit a claim, please email us at service@eowrap.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem
Refunds or replacements will only be issued upon approval of the claim. Return shipping is not covered by EoWrap.
Note: Warranty claims submitted after 30 days from purchase are not eligible.
🔄 Return Process
- Contact customer support to submit your return request.
- We will review your request within 1–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive the return shipping address by email.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Tip: Please contact your local post office for return shipping options. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail service available.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@eowrap.com.
❗ Notes & Exceptions
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- If the return is due to the customer's decision, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the goods received are incorrect or damaged, please follow the return procedure above. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
