Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and uncut
  • The item must be in original packaging and full condition
  • No creases, scratches, or installation attempts
  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Any used, cut, or installed products will NOT be accepted for return.


Non-Quality Related Returns

If the return is due to personal reasons (including but not limited to: no longer needed, wrong item ordered, change of mind):

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already been shipped (no cancellation allowed)
  • Customer changes mind after shipment
  • Products that have been used, cut, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • Refused deliveries or abandoned packages
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to cooperate with customs clearance
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Return Authorization (Required)

All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA)
  • Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide clear photos or videos as proof

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


Color Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions, slight color variations may occur.

Returns based on color difference must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in original condition.


Return Process

  • Return requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
  • Once approved, we will provide the return address
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days

If you have not received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank for processing time

Customs, Duties & Shipping Disclaimer

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers are beyond our control
  • Such delays do not qualify for refunds
