Thank you for placing an order on eowrap.com. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please carefully verify your product details, specifications, and shipping address.

We are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses.

Tracking numbers for in-stock products will be provided within 1–3 business days after shipment confirmation.

  • In-stock products: 1–3 business days
  • Manufactured products: 3–5 business days
  • Custom orders: 14–21 business days

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size. Some oversized items may be shipped via freight carriers.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard express delivery time is 3–7 business days.

However, actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and other external factors. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Ukraine, and India.

Where Is My Order?

Once tracking information is provided, your order has left our warehouse.

Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may not update in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Customs Clearance & Responsibility

Customs inspections and clearance delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery time.

Delays caused by customs are not considered shipping failures and are not eligible for refunds.

The customer is responsible for providing any required documentation or information for customs clearance.

If the customer fails to cooperate with customs, refuses to pay duties/taxes, or abandons the shipment, no refund will be issued.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to customer reasons (including unpaid duties or incorrect address), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos.

A package is considered lost only if officially confirmed by the carrier.

If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Packages that are still in transit or held by customs are not considered lost.
