Order Process

Thank you for placing order on eowrap.com, after you complete your order, we will send order confirmation email to you, please double confirm the products, specification and your shipping address, please note, we are unable to ship to PO BOX address.

After we get your confirmation, the tracking number for in-stock products will be offered in 1~3 business days. You can track the order by yourself or contact us to get help.

 

Handling Times

All in-stock products are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Manufactured products are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Custom orders are usually shipped within 14 to 21 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Most products are shipped via FEDEX, UPS or DHL depending on size with some large items shipped by private freight.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. Shipping time can vary from 7-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping methods. If any issue during the shipping time or after received the item, please feel free to contact us, our customer service representatives will offer you a satisfying solution.

We offer global express delivery except the following region: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the US Virgin Islands, Ukrain, India can't arrive.

 

Where's My Order?

Once tracking details have been provided that means your order has been processed and shipped. It has left our warehouse. Tracking details usually appear in the shipper's database within 48 hours and generally provide point-in-time tracking meaning your order location is updated as it is scans and gets closer to you.

Should I Need To Pay Taxes and Duties?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may be informed that you have to pay taxes when goods you ordered from us arrive in your country.

We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Eowrap can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

What If It Is Damaged or Lost?

Uh oh, it happens please contact us and let's see what we can do to get you a replacement order.

Cancellations

Cancellation before payment.

If you have not paid for your order, then you do not need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process an order until we have received the payment for the order. If your order is more than a week ago and still unpaid, you will not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, as the price of an individual item may have changed, as well as currency conversion. You will need to submit the order again with a new shopping cart.

Withdrawing an order after payment

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and put the order on hold while you decide. This will suspend the packaging process while you make changes.

If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.

If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are adding other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact out Customer Service Department and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional fee for this service.

Generally, if your order is on the processing, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or provide the payment as credit for future orders.
