Warranty Information
This page explains how EOWRAP reviews product quality issues, what information is needed for support, and which situations are outside warranty coverage.
Warranty Scope
EOWRAP is operated by SINGMU LLC, doing business as EOWRAP. We review warranty and product support requests for purchases made on eowrap.com when a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item was received.
Warranty review does not guarantee a replacement, refund, or other remedy. Each request is reviewed based on the order record, product condition, photos or videos provided, and the applicable return, shipping, and product policies.
What May Be Covered
Manufacturing Defects
Visible product issues that appear to be caused by manufacturing and are reported before the film is cut, installed, altered, or used.
Incorrect Items
Orders where the delivered product, size, or quantity does not match the confirmed order details.
Shipping Damage
Damage that appears to have occurred during delivery and is supported by photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are generally not covered unless required by applicable law:
- Products that have been used, cut, installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Installation failure, wrinkles, bubbles, overstretching, lifting, tearing, adhesive contamination, or damage caused during installation.
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, cleaning, aftercare, tools, heat control, or surface preparation.
- Minor color differences caused by lighting, screens, photography, batch variation, installation surface, or viewing angle.
- Normal wear, external damage, scratches, accidents, weather exposure, chemicals, pressure washing, or third-party service issues.
- Orders delayed by carriers, customs, weather, peak season, holidays, remote-area routing, or events outside our control.
- Refused deliveries, abandoned packages, unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect shipping information, or packages returned because of customer-provided address issues.
- Products returned without approved RMA authorization.
How to Request Warranty Support
Contact service@eowrap.com as soon as possible after discovering an issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours after delivery. For shipping damage, contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The product name, color, finish, and size.
- Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
- A short description of the problem and whether the product has been cut, installed, used, or altered.
We usually review support requests within 1 to 3 business days. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by EOWRAP or shipping damage, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
Installation Responsibility
Automotive vinyl wrap installation requires proper tools, clean surface preparation, heat control, installer experience, and suitable working conditions. Professional installation is recommended for large or complex projects.
EOWRAP is not responsible for installation labor costs, removal costs, vehicle downtime, lost profits, third-party service fees, or indirect losses unless required by applicable law.
Relationship to Returns and Shipping Policies
Warranty support does not replace our Return and Refund Policy or Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, RMA approval, refund processing, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, restocking fees, and non-returnable items are handled according to the applicable policies listed on eowrap.com.
Please do not send products to our registered business address unless EOWRAP specifically confirms it in writing. The authorized return address is provided only after RMA approval and may differ from the registered business address.
