Vinyl Wrap
- Temperature: Ideal install 15–25°C; workable 10–30°C. Post-heat edges/curves to 90–100°C.
- Tools: Soft-edge squeegee, heat gun, wrap gloves, knife, IPA/alcohol cleaner.
- Surface Prep: Clean, dry, no wax/oil/dust. Fresh paint should cure 2–3 weeks first.
- Conformability: Best on smooth & medium curves; heat and stretch evenly, avoid over-stretch.
- Directional: Yes — keep film direction consistent for color/finish match.
- Overlap Width: 3–5 mm; seal edges firmly to prevent lifting.

Planning and installation
Apply only to clean, smooth, sound painted surfaces. Measure each panel before cutting, include trimming and handling allowance, and plan seam placement before installation. Professional installation is recommended for bumpers, deep recesses, compound curves, large panels, and full-body wraps. Test compatibility on repainted or repaired panels, and follow proper squeegee, heat, stretch, and post-heating practices for the film.
Review the color in daylight, shade, and indoor lighting before installation. Vehicle shape, base paint color, camera settings, monitor settings, and viewing angle can all affect how the final shade appears.
Care
After installation, wash gently with a wrap-safe method. Avoid aggressive chemicals, abrasive brushes, automatic brush washes, and high-pressure spray directly at edges. Inspect edges and recessed areas periodically so lifting, contamination, or trapped moisture can be addressed early.
Color samples and on-screen images are references. Order enough material from the same production batch for panels that must match.
