PPF
- Temperature: Ideal install 18–28°C; avoid cold surfaces. Use warm water or mild heat for complex curves (do not overheat).
- Tools: Slip/tack solution, hard + soft squeegee, spray bottles, microfiber towels, edge-tack roller.
- Surface Prep: Deep clean + decontaminate (clay/bar), ensure paint is fully cured, dust-free area required.
- Conformability: Great for curves; stretch gently with moisture/heat, reposition with slip solution.
- Directional: No (most PPF is non-directional).
- Overlap Width: Minimal overlap or butt-joint preferred; lock edges with tack solution and final squeegee.
